Your contribution helps Owaka flourish, supporting community projects, preserving local heritage, and enhancing environmental efforts. The Owaka & District Community Fund is an easy way to support the causes you care about, with all donations responsibility invested to benefit Owaka, forever.
In 2023 the Owaka & Districts Community Fund reached $50,000. Income from this fund is used for grants that benefit causes in Owaka and its surrounding district.

Charitable donations made during your lifetime are eligible for a 33.3% tax rebate at the end of the financial year.
Regular contribution
