The West Otago Fund: A Legacy for Your Community
The West Otago Community Fund has been established through contributions from residents who are passionate about building a forever fund for the benefit of West Otago. All donations to the West Otago Fund are responsibly invested and grown to support charitable causes in West Otago, forever.
In 2025, the West Otago Community Fund reached $50,000. Income from this fund is used for annual grants that support causes in the West Otago community.

One-off giving
One-time gifts of any amount, at any time. By giving as little as $5 you can support the community you love.
Charitable donations made during your lifetime are eligible for a 33.3% tax rebate at the end of the financial year.
Regular contribution
Give weekly, monthly, or yearly. It's easy to support the Kaitangata Community Fund with regular automatic payments.
